The Arkansas District-Autonomy Pathway
Effective August 10, 2024, Arkansas's Rules Governing Professional Development require school districts to provide teachers with six days of professional development as part of their basic 190-day contract. Districts have full autonomy in selecting and planning relevant and appropriate offerings. Per the Arkansas Department of Education: "Districts are not required to select DESE approved professional development providers when the professional development offered by the district is offered exclusively for their employees." DESE no longer approves outside providers or issues approval codes.
iTeachAI Academy was built specifically for this district-autonomy pathway. Districts review, approve, and document our courses locally. Teachers complete courses, receive a Certificate of Completion, and submit it to the district for credit toward the six-day requirement and toward licensure renewal.
Arkansas Standards and Frameworks Anchored
Each course cites and references specific Arkansas frameworks by name, not generic national standards.

For Arkansas School District Leadership
If you direct curriculum, professional learning, federal programs, or instruction at an Arkansas district, I would be glad to send a free reviewer account so a designee can audit any course end to end before approval.
I will also share a sample certificate, the course catalog with descriptions, and a fifteen-minute call at your convenience.
