How Kentucky Districts Approve iTeachAI for In-Service Hours
Kentucky recognizes Effective Instructional Leadership Act (EILA) hours for instructional leaders and Continuing Education Units for educators. iTeachAI submitted 10 EILA Provider Proposals to KDE on April 23, 2026. Kentucky districts also approve outside PD locally for educator certificate renewal under KRS guidelines. iTeachAI Academy is designed for that pathway:
- A district designee reviews one or more courses through a free reviewer account.
- The district documents approved courses on its in-service form.
- Participating teachers complete courses, receive a Certificate of Completion, and submit it to the district for renewal credit.
What Makes Kentucky Coursework Different at iTeachAI
- Educator-built, not vendor-built. Authored by a 28-year K-12 educator with a doctorate.
- Kentucky frameworks by name. Kentucky Academic Standards, Read to Succeed Act (KRS 158.792), Kentucky Framework for Teaching, EPSB Certification Standards, EILA (Effective Instructional Leadership Act). No generic content.
- Multi-modal. Each course includes a study guide, slide deck, podcast episode (12 to 15 minutes), and video summary.
- Per-course AI tutor. A safety-guardrailed chatbot inside each course answers questions about that course's content.
- $25 per course or $499 for the Wisconsin bundle. Direct purchase, no procurement RFP required.
- IACET-aligned three-clock-hour design. Documentation-ready for district in-service forms.
For Kentucky School District Leadership
If you direct curriculum, professional learning, or federal programs at a Kentucky district, I would be glad to send a free reviewer account so a designee can audit any course end to end before approval.
I will also share a sample certificate, the course catalog with descriptions, and a fifteen-minute call at your convenience.
