Who we are
iTeachAI Academy is operated by iTeachAI LLC, a Florida limited liability company. These terms govern your use of classes.iteachai.co and the courses, materials, and services on it. By creating an account or purchasing a course you agree to them.
Accounts
You must be an adult (18 or older) to hold an account. Keep your login private; your account and its certificates belong to you personally and may not be shared. You are responsible for activity under your login.
Courses, pricing, and access
- Individual courses are priced as shown at checkout (most courses are $25). State bundles are priced as shown. Free courses are free.
- Your enrollment gives you personal access to the course for the access period shown at purchase, for your own professional development only.
- Course content, study guides, slide decks, assessments, and certificates are the intellectual property of iTeachAI LLC. You may print and use materials for your own teaching practice; you may not resell, republish, or redistribute them.
Certificates and professional development credit
Completing a course earns a certificate documenting the contact hours you completed, verifiable online. Whether those hours count toward license renewal, salary advancement, or district requirements is always determined by your state, district, or school, not by us. Where iTeachAI holds a formal state approval, we say so; everywhere else, please confirm acceptance with your local authority before purchasing. We make no guarantee that any particular body will accept any particular certificate.
State reporting
In states where iTeachAI files completions with the state or its sponsor, we do so only at your request and only with the information described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the educator ID you provide and for any registration steps your state requires on your side.
The course assistant
The in-course AI helper explains lesson content. It is a study aid, not legal, licensure, or employment advice. Guest access to the assistant is rate-limited; account holders receive higher limits. Do not submit personal information about students to the assistant.
Refunds
If something is wrong with your purchase, write to janette.camacho@iteachai.co and a human, usually our founder, will make it right. Refund requests are handled individually and fairly; refunds are not available for courses whose certificate has already been issued and filed with a state.
Acceptable use
No scraping, automated copying, reselling of access, misrepresentation of identity or completion, or interference with the platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms; earned certificates remain verifiable.
Disclaimers and liability
The platform is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, iTeachAI LLC's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the course involved. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
